How long does a repair take?

Most iPhone screens and batteries are done the same day, often within 2 hours. Mac repairs take 2–5 days depending on parts. We give you a time with the quote.

Do I pay before you start?

No. We diagnose first and send you a quote. Work only starts when you approve it.

Will I lose my data?

Most repairs don't touch your data, but please back up first if you can. If the device won't turn on, ask about our data recovery service.

Do repairs come with a warranty?

Yes. Every repair and part we fit is covered. We'll tell you the warranty period on your quote.

Can you collect my device?

Yes. We can arrange courier pickup and return within Nairobi. WhatsApp us to book.
